• Anonymous User ID (UID): A randomly generated identifier created on your device to distinguish your game data from others. This ID is not linked to your real identity.
• Display Nickname: A player name you choose yourself, used for leaderboard display. You may use any name you wish.
• Game Progress: Levels unlocked, completed stages, and current game state stored to enable cloud save.
• Best Scores: Your highest score and fastest clear time per level, submitted to the global ranking system.
• In-App Purchase Records: The date and time of premium feature purchases, to verify and restore your purchase. No payment details are stored by us.
• Timestamps: Account creation date and the date/time when scores were recorded.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• Saving and syncing your game progress across devices via cloud save
• Displaying your nickname and scores on global and level-specific leaderboards
• Verifying and restoring in-app purchases
• Maintaining and improving the stability and performance of the game
• Detecting and preventing cheating or abuse of the ranking system

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose unrelated to game functionality.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your game data is stored on our secure server. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

• Data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encrypted connections)
• Server access is restricted to authorized personnel only
• We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide our services

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Advertising – Google AdMob

K-Mahjong displays ads provided by Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads). AdMob operates as an independent data controller and may collect the following information directly from your device:

• Advertising Identifier: IDFA (iOS) or Google Advertising ID / GAID (Android) — a resettable device-level identifier used to serve and measure personalized ads.
• Device & OS information: Device model, OS version, language, and time zone.
• IP address: Used for approximate location and fraud prevention.
• Ad interaction data: Impressions, clicks, and rewarded ad completion events.
• App usage signals: Used by Google to improve ad relevance and detect invalid traffic.

Opt-out of personalized ads:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

5. Other Third-Party Services

K-Mahjong also uses the following services. Please review their respective privacy policies:

• Google Play Services / Apple App Store: In-app purchase processing. Subject to Google's and Apple's privacy policies respectively.

7. Children's Privacy

K-Mahjong is a general-audience game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions).

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information such as name, email, or phone number from any user, the risk to younger players is minimized. The only user-provided data is a chosen nickname, which should not contain personal information.

• Opt-out of leaderboards: You may choose not to submit scores to the global ranking
• Opt-out of personalized ads: Use iOS ATT settings or Android Advertising ID settings to limit ad tracking (see Section 4)
